Secretary Day is an American idea. It was introduced in the Netherlands on April 20, 1989 by Secretaresse Magazine. It is every year on the 3rd Thursday in April. This year it falls on April 15th.
The purpose of the annual event was to put the secretary in the limelight, to reflect on his / her added value for the organization and to improve the image of the secretary profession.
Every year we are happy to put many secretaries in the spotlight.
A few weeks before then we already start with the preparations: order special cards, devise a special secretary diary and put it on the site, etc. This week we will finish it and hopefully make many secretaries happy again!
