If products are damaged or defective, there may be an occasional refund in the form of a voucher at the discretion of management.
Due to the perishable nature of many products, it is advised to file a complaint within 24 hours of the delivery date of the products.
We guarantee five days of freshness for your flowers, plants or related items from the delivery date. If flowers are damaged, die or wither within five days of delivery, take a digital photo of these flowers and send it to us via email@example.com . Our team will do their best to assess your complaint and will replace the product if there is a confirmed reason for a complaint.
Return policy and complaints
If you want to return a product or have a complaint, please contact us. We will process your complaint or return request and our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Only non-living products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product and in its original condition. Please contact us directly if you want to register a product for return. You will receive the amount, in the form of a voucher, of the purchase of the product in 7 working days after we receive the product back.
