1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers from Atelier met Bloemen. The terms are accessible to everyone and published on the website of Atelier met Bloemen. A printed copy will be sent upon request.
1.2 By placing an order, you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment terms. Atelier met Bloemen reserves the right to amend its delivery and/or payment terms after their validity period expires.
1.3 Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties are not recognized by Atelier met Bloemen.
1.4 Atelier met Bloemen guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.

2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery takes place while supplies last.
2.2 In accordance with distance‑selling regulations, Atelier met Bloemen will execute orders within at least 30 days. If this is not possible (for example due to stock issues or delays), the consumer will receive notification within 1 month and may cancel the order free of charge.
2.3 The delivery obligation of Atelier met Bloemen is fulfilled, unless proven otherwise, once the goods delivered by Atelier met Bloemen have been offered to the customer. The carrier’s report serves as proof in case of refusal of acceptance.
2.4 All delivery periods mentioned on the website are indicative.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices will not be increased during the term of the offer, unless required by law or due to interim price increases by manufacturers.
3.2 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typographical errors.
3.3 All prices are in Euros and include VAT.

4. Reflection period / right of withdrawal

4.1 In consumer purchases, the customer has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within 7 working days. The customer must notify Atelier met Bloemen in writing within this period.
Returns must take place in their original, undamaged condition. If used or damaged, the right of withdrawal expires.
Atelier met Bloemen will refund the payment within 30 days after receiving the return in good condition.
4.2 Withdrawal applies only to goods, not to services for which Atelier met Bloemen acts as an intermediary.
4.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to services already started, custom‑made products, perishable goods, hygiene‑sensitive products, unsealed audio/video products, newspapers, magazines, bets, or lotteries.

5. Data management

5.1 When placing an order, customer data is stored in the customer database of Atelier met Bloemen, in accordance with privacy legislation.
5.2 Atelier met Bloemen respects the privacy of its users.
5.3 Mailing lists always include an option to unsubscribe.

6. Warranty and conformity

6.1 The entrepreneur guarantees that products comply with the agreement and statutory provisions.
6.2 Warranties do not affect legal rights.
6.3 Customers must check delivered goods upon receipt and report defects to Atelier met Bloemen within 2 months.
6.4 If complaints are founded, Atelier met Bloemen will replace the goods free of charge or reach an arrangement. Liability is limited to the invoice amount or the amount covered by insurance.
6.5 Atelier met Bloemen is not liable for damage caused by intent or recklessness of non‑management staff.
6.6 Warranty does not apply if:
A) the customer is in default;
B) goods have been altered or damaged by the customer or third parties;
C) goods are used carelessly or contrary to instructions;
D) defects are caused by legal regulations.

7. Offers

7.1 Offers are without obligation, unless otherwise stated.
7.2 After acceptance, Atelier met Bloemen may revoke the offer within 3 working days.
7.3 Oral commitments are only binding if confirmed in writing.
7.4 Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders.
